| unfortunately no specific excercise will prevent urself from stretch marks. stretch marks arent from lack of muscle, its when you rapidly gain weight. stay on top of ur health, eat properly in moderation, and make sure to continuously do excercise. unless you become pregnant the only way you could get more would be to gain a large amount of weight. just stay healthy, trust me even the skinniest girls have stretch marks, |

Here's a GREAT one! You can really see results if you do it every day.
Stand up straight, feet parallel.
Lift up one leg (say, the right first) and make a slight bend at the knee. Keep the leg parallel to the left leg, but lifted and slightly bent.
With the right hand, bend over and touch the left foot.
Stay as straight and aligned as possible, and contract your core as you bend.
Do 15 reps on the right leg, then switch to the left, and do 15 more.
If you do it several times a day (waiting in line, chillin at home, at the gym, etc.) you will definitely see and feel results.
